We have made submissions to all of the major early years and care government inquiries and commissions since we first started our work in 2022. We have been published in Mamamia and The Australian. Senate Work and Care Select Committee | 2023

The Senate Select Committee on Work and Care was appointed by resolution of the Senate on 3 August 2022 to inquire into the impact that combining work and care responsibilities has on the wellbeing of workers, carers, and those they care for. 

SA Royal Commission into Early Childhood Education and Care | 2023

This South Australian Royal Commission was established to investigate how to better support families and children in their early years. It focused on areas like support during the first 1000 days of a child's life, universal preschool for 3 and 4-year-olds, and access to out-of-school-hours care. 

IPART (NSW) Review of ECEC affordability, accessibility and consumer choice | 2023

IPART reviewed NSW ECEC affordability, accessibility and consumer choice, including for community and mobile preschool, family day care, long day care, NSW Department of Education preschool, occasional care, and outside school hours care.

NSW Parliamentary Inquiry into ECEC sector | 2025

This inquiry was established on 20 March 2025 to inquire into and report on the early childhood education and care sector in New South Wales.

Commonwealth Government's Early Years Strategy | 2024

The Federal Government sought submissions on its 10-year Early Years Strategy (2024-2034) aimed at supporting children from before birth to age five. The strategy aims to create a more integrated and holistic approach to early childhood development and better support for families and communities

Productivity Commission Inquiry into ECEC | 2024

This inquiry examined the ECEC sector, including centre-based day care, preschools, family day care, outside school hours care and in home care. The Commission considered cost and availability barriers that affect access to ECEC services, and ways to support better outcomes for children and families.

NSW Select Committee into Birth Trauma | 2024

The NSW Select Committee on Birth Trauma considered the experiences of people who have suffered from birth trauma in NSW and examined ways in which preventable birth trauma could be addressed and how to improve the birthing experience for women in NSW. 

Proposal to Economic Reform Roundtable

The Economic Reform Roundtable aims to build consensus on ways to improve productivity, enhance economic resilience and strengthen budget sustainability across Australia. It brings together a mix of leaders from business, unions, civil society, government and other experts.
